General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) & Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA)

Due to the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which comes into effect from 25th May 2018, we are required to inform you of the data we hold for your company and how your data is handled and stored. This is to ensure we are compliant with the new regulation.

For the purposes of our trading relationship with your company we hold the following information.

  • Company Name, Address
  • Company Telephone, Email Addresses
  • Employee Names Previously dealt with
  • Bank Details (in the case of suppliers)
  • Past Trading History

The data is obtained from prior trading activities, current ongoing business, received verbally, written or electronically. Your data is stored at our secure office on our computer system and in paper format. Our server is username and password protected and protected by a firewall on our premises. The data held is for internal use only and used for the purpose of our trading activities only. We will never pass your data onto 3rd parties unless we are legally obliged to, or unless you request us to do so. i.e. credit checking companies or courier companies. Any data passed onto these paties will be conducted within GDPR guidleines and will onlly be data relating to our trading activities.
